Making storytelling a native part of the design workflow.

Design teams were spending hours rebuilding design work into presentation decks, creating unnecessary friction between designing and communicating ideas—exporting assets, rebuilding layouts, updating iterations, and switching between disconnected tools. We saw an opportunity to eliminate this context switching by bringing presentation creation directly into Adobe XD.

I led the experience strategy for a presentation system that combined reusable themes, modular slide architecture, shared assets, and real-time collaboration into a single workflow. Instead of designing twice, teams could move seamlessly from product design to executive storytelling while preserving fidelity and reducing maintenance overhead.

The project wasn't simply about building another presentation tool. It was about 1) reducing context switching, 2) preserving design fidelity, and 3) enabling designers to spend more time influencing decisions instead of formatting slides.

By integrating presentation authoring into existing design workflows, we created a more seamless path from idea to stakeholder communication. The outcome was more than a plugin—it established a workflow that strengthened how designers communicate, collaborate, and influence decisions by keeping design and narrative connected.
